Can I use Windows Mobile Wireless Internet for Ipod?

I want to know if there is a way to make my Windows Mobile PDA Cell Phone send out wireless signals for internet?
i have a program similar to tethering, but it only works on my laptop with bluetooth... :(

If anyone knows where I can get a program like that, PLEASE tell me!

WMWifiRouter (App) Thats the program I have.. But I need something different...
