Can I use UDK on a PC to make an iPhone game?

I was reading several articles on using the UDK to make iPhone apps. After doing so, it appeared that you could completely develop an app on a PC (as long as you had the UDK and iTunes installed), and the only reason you'd need a Mac is for the Application Uploader.

Therefore, could you completely develop a game on a PC, transfer it over to a friends Mac, for example, and use the Application Uploader on the Mac to upload it, removing the need to buy a Mac at all?

If so, it'd save me a ton of money, since I could buy a powerful PC at about half the cost of a Mac.
