Can I use the T-Mobile Sidekick in Bolivia?

I am from the USA but i am currently living in Cochabamba Bolivia, South America. I am going to travel to the States to visit family in a month and while I am there I want to buy a T-mobile sidekick. I was wondering if I can use the T-mobile sidekick in Bolivia, or if the T-mobile sidekick works with a Bolivian plan.
