can i use the internet from my motorola droid on my computer?

I own a motorola droid andi recently lost internet connection in my house. My computer is still on and I need directions on how to use the internet on my computer through the motoro,a droid. I have a usb cord connecting both but I can also use bluetooth. What can I do to connect the internet?
 
This is called tethering, and is provided by verizon for an additional monthly charge. However, Android does not support tethering at this time unfortunately :(
