refrigerator? Or would I need to let the food cool first.

I plan on cooking a lot of meat and then moving a lot of leftovers to the refrigerator as leftovers (once cooled, some servings will be moved to freezer).

I have read somewhere [http://www.ehow.com/how_2279742_prevent-freezer-burn-frozen-food.html] that I should not seal hot food, is that true? The food I am talking are meats ranging from chicken breast to ground turkey to ground pork to ground beef. Is this site just talking about moving the hot food to the freezer immediately? Because I would move it to the fridge to cool off, then move some to the freezer.

After cooking the meat, can I immediately wrap individual servings in plastic wrap, and then move the servings to the fridge to eat later?

Or do I need to let the meat cool first. If so, how? Can I put all of the meat into a sealed tupperware container (without plastic wrap yet) to cool it, then later break it into servings for wrapping?

Thanks so much for your information!
