Can I use nokia music on an apple ipod?

I have some music that I bought on my ovi music (nokia) account. You can play nokia music and itunes music on nokia phones, but if i were to get an ipod can I reverse that and used nokia music on my ipod?? Like would i be able to put the nokia music files on to itunes instead for example?
