Can I use my Virgin Mobile phone in Europe?

I'm going to Europe soon (Ireland, England, France, Spain) and want to have a mobile while im there. I'm wondering if I can get one of there Beyond Talk plans or other prepaid plans and use that while im there. Is this possible? I know theres a virgin mobile over there but will it work on their network?
