Can I Use my Left-Over Financial Aid/Loan Money to Pay for My Off-Campus Housing?

Each semester I will have approximately $900 left after my tuition payment...I don't have many books to buy and will be living off campus for $300 per month including utilities. I have a calgrant and loan. I also have $750 this year from a scholarship...but that is a check. Is it possible to receive the remaining loan money for my housing, since it is off-campus?
