Can I use my koodo Blackberry out of the City since I have the Blackberry Social Plan?

I have the Blackberry Social Plan and I'm going to my grandmothers house in the country! Would I be able to use my Blackberry to go on facebook,Twitter,BBM because I have the Blackberry Social???
