Can I use my iPod Touch's wifi on my Macbook Pro via Bluetooth?

My Macbook Pro cannot log onto my home's internet. I have tried a lot to solve this problem, but I cannot seem to get a new IP address, it stays the same every time. My iPod touch, however, still can access the wifi. Can I somehow use the internet on my Macbook Pro via my iPod's wifi receiver using Bluetooth?
 
To force your wifi to give your Macbook a new IP address, shut down the modem, wait one full minute, and power it up again. It should assign new IP addresses to all computers on the wifi network.
