Can I use my financial aid that I received to pay off a withdrawal balance?

I am wanting to drop out of the University of Phoenix. I have only attended one week of class. For personal reasons, I can't attend there anymore nor do I want to attend there. However, they will charge me 2,010 dollars just for that one week of class. Is it possible to use the financial aid to pay for that one week of class? Any suggestion as to what I should do?
