Can I use my Fido sim card in a rogers phone?

My brother gave me his old phone (Nokia 5310 XpressMusic) but his plan was with Rogers, therefore his sim card is with Rogers. My current plan is with Fido and so my sim card is also Fido.
I tried to put my sim card into this Nokia phone. When I turn on the phone, it says "Enter restriction code:".
So I'm not quite sure what to do... can anybody help me?
 
I suggest you can approach Wickedunlock.com and specify the country,locked network of Nokia 5310 XpressMusic.Based on the availability you can get the permanent unlock service along with free instructions.
