Can i use my driving test pass certificate to get car finance?

My driving licence hasnt arrived yet and i am buying a car on finance, they need to know i can drive. can i use my certificate as proof??
 
Yes you could! but in all honesty I don't see why you have to prove that you can drive before they sell you a car, you could be buying the car for anyone, I have bought many cars and never once have I had to prove that I can drive, to them a sale is a sale, end of story.
