Can I use my cell phone for voice chat on my PC via bluetooth?

I have a motorola razr v3, which has bluetooth. I want to use it for voice chat with my PC via bluetooth, specifically for Google Talk, or possibly Skype. Is this possible?
I'm running Windows XP SP3 and I do have a bluetooth dongle.
