I have a fancy Clarion head-unit (DXZ558RMP) and I want some better sound, nothing over the top though. I want to upgrade the 4 stock speakers in my car to speakers rated more than the RMS of the stereo but I also want to add a small powered woofer, around 150w or so. Can I use a subwoofer without having to buy a separate 4 channel amp?
Can I use my car stereo's built in amp along-side a subwoofer amp?
