Can i use inspector car for the road test?

I'm 18 years old. I was Planning to take the road test. What happens if you don't have your parents car or your grandparents or aunt or Who whatever in my family don't have a car and you want to take the road test. can i use the inspector car? I mean, my parents don't drive and my step dad goes to work and work overtime. my grand dad is 84 years old and i'm not sure he gonna able to live long b/c i want to take it quick, my cousin works and i'm not sure when she going to have her day off. Some of my close family got a car. I don't have a car. I got a Non-Driver License
