Can I use glow in the dark paint on an already painted (in black) cereal box?

I am thinking about making a design on my ceiling with cereal boxes. First I am going to paint all of them black. Then I want to paint over them with glow in the dark paint. Will it work?
 
Yeah, that should work.
Just make sure the paint is even and put it on a little thicker than you think it needs to be. If its too thin or streaky then it might look bad or be a little hard to see in the dark.
