Can I use Gary Fong's Lightsphere Flash Diffuser on Canon and Nikon?

I have a Gary Fong Flash Diffuser. I am going to upgrade to a high level camera. I will need a good flash. Can this Flash Diffuser fit on both high level Canon and Nikon Flashs?

There is no way of knowing without actually trying the fit.

Perhaps before buying the flash you should take the defuser to a store and try it on - only suggestion that comes to mind.
