I was thinking if I can use the "fair use" I would upload for example I want to use OnePiece I asked 4kids for permission and when there's an advertisement on the video the money goes straight to that company, the company makes money from me and at the very bottom I will add the advertisement since people pay a lot for 1 min long video to cut off a video to advertise than to make a banner. My brother works at Youtube and he understand how to make deals with companies I'll be fine since those 2 former Ebay also created Paypal we can also do the same.
Can I use "fair use" for making business with any company to use their T.V. shows?
