I am creating an ebook and am compiling research information that I have utilized in my health recovery. Some of the information that I am using are recipes from a variety of health books. Am I able to use this information legally; providing the name of the creator of the recipe and the book that the recipe came from ?
Can I use copy written material for an ebook that I am compiling?
