Can i use bottle water to clean my fish tank?

well my fish tank is really dirty and i need to clean it!!!!! So if i get a bottle of nestle pure life ( bottled water) and leave it at room temp would it be okay, if not, then what would i use. This is my first fish (sad right) and i don't know what to do!!!!!!!
