Can I use a wireless phone jack for a cordless phone if I have DSL internet?

I am NOT using the wireless phone jack to hook up the DSL modem. The DSL modem is in another room plugged into a phone jack. I want to use the wireless jack for a cordless phone on a different phone jack in another part of the house. The phone number for both phone jacks is the same.

You understand what I'm saying? Will my DSL internet still work if I try that?

Yes it can work.
You need to plug a DSL splitter into the phone jack before plugging in your phone
