Can I use a wireless connection with my phone power (voip) service?

Hi, I live not far from newark airport in New Jersey. I know, I have internet wireless connection here in my apartment. My question....is it possible to use my phone power voip service with a wireless connection? is it possible...reliable..? i have dsl...works fine...no problems....great service....thank you for your comments..bye max
