Can I use a Verizon cell phone with an Alltel Prepaid plan?

I have an Alltel prepaid plan with an LG AX380. I acquired an LG Env3 that was used with a contract through Verizon. I can go on Alltel.com and log in to my account and click on "Change My Wireless Phone" and it asks for a new ESN/MEID. Can I put in the ESN/MEID from the LG Env3 and use that phone on my Alltel prepaid plan?

No. Verizon phones are locked to the Verizon network.You must use an Alltell phone with the Alltell network.
