Can I use a unlocked blackberry storm for net 10 network?

I spoke to alot of cs reps from best buy and a few other place's they said I would be able to talk and text but there not sure about the web! I also spoke to blue wireless and they said they can flash the phone but there not sure about web either! Can someone please help!!! Thanks
