I want to buy a new phone and was wondering if i buy a smart phone that has a sim card, if i can put another cim card in it. I heard that the new galaxy s phones from us cellular are compatible with pay as you go cim cards because it has a the letters GE or something under the battery by where the cim goes..is that true??
