new phone in a couple months? I have a LG Wine II that I got with US Cellular. The account and number it was tied to are deactivated. My boyfriend's phone is pretty much useless, and he is with the Sprint network. He is scheduled for a upgrade in 3-4 months and I wanted to know if he would be able to use my LG Wine as a replacement for his current phone? Anyone know? Do I have to "unlock" the phone or is that only if the phone has a SIM card that you need to do that? Or can Sprint do that for me and activate this phone for him?
