can i use a honda nx250 cam in my honda 230?

i have both the bikes. the 230 is an 07 model and the nx is a 88 model. i was looking at the bikes and things look the same. such as starter and front forks, and even the whole engine. so could i take the piston from it and bore my engine? if i could do this please tell me how
