Can I upgrade phones early from Verizon?

Hi Guys and Gals,
The deal is my contract ends march 31 of 2010, and I'm really interested in getting a new phone, do you know if Verizon will allow me to upgrade a month early at the discounted price? Or will I have to pay full price on a new phone? (this is assuming I call Verizon or go into a store)
 
Yes, I recommended Calling in to get this exception. Just dial *611 on you cell, customer care will do this for you.
