Can I unlock a nextel i830 and use it on prepaid with any carrier? (Tmobile, h20, AT&T, etc...) 7/12/2013?

My iPhone 5 was stolen today and this is the only other phone I have collecting dust. Is it possible to unlock an i830 for use with a prepaid SIM card?
