Can I undo Probation?

K, I had sex with my gf shes 15 im 17. We got caught, and it was illegal then, but in Idaho a new law got passed that would make that not illegal. Well instead of actually going to trial they made me a deal and now I'm on probation. I don't *$#&% like it, and I'm wishing I would have went to trial so I could have a jury...Is there a way I still can? Cuz i'm pretty sure theyd find me not guilty or nullify the case or something. thanks
