We are switching from Verizon to Sprint, and our contract with Verizon doesn't end until the 12th at midnight. I already have my new phone though. Can I turn it on now simply to start putting apps and music on it, or will it automatically activate? It is going to have the same number as my Verizon phone, so I'm timid to turn it on because I don't want to trigger the $175 fee simply because I wasn't patient enough to wait two days...
