Can I transfer to a very close school?

Am about to transfer my high school because,I feel that it´s not fully equipped.
(example:no auditorium,almost no clubs,it´s small,the gym has no hoops,it´s far,you can´t use the library.)

Is it possible to transfer to a school that is very close to you?,like Midwood...
