Can I transfer my sprint phone account/# over to my sisters old phone by

customer service via the phone? What I'm asking is if i can transfer my phone account to my sister's old phone (which I might add is deactivated, so I can turn it on but I can't call or receive anything.) over the phone with sprint. I know you can do it with a new phone, but can you do it with an old phone? Thanks!
