Can I trade my Sony Ericsson W760i for Ipod Shuffle (sony ericsson has problems)?

Right the problems are the charging which Im sure you can fix and the camera doesn't turn on, if I got them fixed will I be able to trade for the Ipod Shuffle??

If I only fix the charging will I still be abl 2 trade to them for ipod shuffle??
Please Help I really want to know
