So I purchased a Motorola Cliq in early Feb. and shortly after the keyboard stopped lighting. Eventually I was sent a brand new Motorola Cliq to replace it. Now the newer Cliq that I have is giving me a large amount of problems. Calls keep dropping, time skips ahead on its own, it's made multiple out going calls on its own. People on the other end struggle to hear me clearly. People have told me I missed their calls but I never saw it rang. Plus it freezes and is very slow at times. So will T Mobile allow me to switch to the MyTouch3G Slide because I cannot deal with another Cliq?
Can I trade my Motorola Cliq in for a Mytouch3G Slide?
