I want to surprise my husband with a new car. His is paid off and not in the greatest condition. So I want to trade his in for the new car but put the new car's loan in my name. Only my husband's name is on the title for his car. Is there any way I can trade it in? I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but if anyone knows a solution to this dilemma please let me know! Thanks!
