Can I text the KGB with an app that allows free texting?

On my ipod touch, I have TextFree Unlimited.This app gives you your own phone number and lets you text anyone and everyone in the US for free.But what about the KGB?They say one dollar for an answer, well, Can this app let me text THEM for free?
 
Try it. All they can do is not answer you. They can't really charge your iPod! If this doesn't work, there is a free service like KGB called ChaCha you can try! The number for ChaCha is 242-242!
