Can I text for free internationally w/ my plan (SPRINT)?

I am with Sprint and have the Everything Data Share 1500 plan. I live in the USA but have some friends in Canada that I'd like to text...question is, will it charge me extra? Or is it included in the plan? Thank you! :)
