Can I take the ACT or SAT if I live in a different country?

I am getting ready to be a foreign exchange student in Germany for my junior year, and I don't want to get behind on taking my ACT and SAT to get a good score. do these programs offer international testing? I really don't want to be pressured into having to try and get a really good score for my first month of college.
