I moved out of my apt, and a friend of a friend agreed over the phone and then texts to purchase my furniture from me, so i left it there for her. She kept texting me, telling me not to worry, my money was on its way.. but i think she was lying because i never got a check from her! The only evidence in small claims court would probably be the pictures I have of my apt with the furniture she now has.... Could i even possibly win in court?
Can i take someone to small claims court if i dont have an agreement in writing?!?
