I know this is gonig to sound..mean..buti am 17 years old and my mother abandoned me. She found a dude named John and after say a month or 2 she goes and lives with him. She doesnt pay any money all she does is pay my phone which is 50 dollars. Both my parents are unemployed and so am I. Getting a job is tough but all my mom did was mooch of this guy till about a week ago and now she cant find a job. My dad gets me very little food as hes selling his own personal possesions just to help me out. Right now i live with my girlfriend and her mom. I know it doesnt sound ethical but me and my mom have a "past" and i think she has to suport me. Can anyone tell me If I can take her to court?
