Can I take him to court for child support?

For the past 19 years I have been raised by a man that I thought was my father. He paid cs for 18 years. I just met my real father a few months ago got a test andeverything. My question is, Can I take him to court for the 18 yrs of child support he didnt pay? My mother told him when I was younger that he was my father but he never attempted to see me.
 
Nope it would seem to me that 18yrs of child support is owed to the man who thought he was your father and did your mom tell him he wasn't your if not then she was stealing from him....unless he paid because he loves you its obvious the other guy didn't
