...a new one? It was previously owned by my friend. Where the charging cord plugs into the phone one of the things on the phone is broke, so it won't charge.
However, if the phone is still under warranty,customer service could probably get you a refurb replacement though. You would most likely have to take care of this over the phone, as the stores don't usually carry any refurbs.
