It's a liquid cereal in a bowl (not sure if you have it wherever you are but here in Australia it's called Up & Go). It's basically like long life milk. I bought it at the supermarket and it was on a regular shelf. I took it home and refridgerated it. So can I take it out of the fridge and let it become room temp again and then re-fridgerate it and will it be ok?
