This dental office will not resolve my bill with my insurance company. They keep sending me late notices and threatening to send to collection. I have talked to them on several occasions. All they need to do is get on the phone with the insurance company and figure out what the problem is...why the bill is not getting paid. If they black mark my credit report....can I sue them? And if so what can I sue for?
