Can I take a blood pregnancy test before I miss my period?

You can test accurately for pregnancy by blood test 10 days after conception however i would go back within in 72 hrs to see if you hcg hormone levels have doubled =]
 
Some people say I have to wait until I miss my period, others say I can take it days after conception. Help???
