I have the brushed aluminum rims and the stock size tires on my 1996 Maxima right now. We have a 2007 Altima that has been totaled that has the alloy rims and almost brand new tires on it.
Can I switch out the rims and tires from that Altima to the Maxima or will that not work? The maxima size is P205/65R15. The altima is P215/60R16. I was thinking I would just switch out each one out, rim and tire, from one car to the other. After I got all 4 on, I could drive to the shop and have them balanced. Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks!
