It was $1100 for a service I was thinking about doing and they sent me the paperwork to fill out to allow them to make the charge, but i decided to not go through with it and told them to cancel it. I'm disputing it with my credit card company but was wondering because I didn't sign paperwork and they did it anyways if I could sue them?
Can I sure a company for a charge they made on my account without my approval?
