my daughter plays basketball for her school..and last week she went to practice ..without the proper shoes..the coach told her it was ok ..then told her to play in her socks..middle of game she slipped and suffered a major concussion went to hospital in an ambulance ...what can i do..can i sue and if so for what???
can i sue the school district...i live in california?
